Pipeline

hemoCD-P, the lead pipeline candidate for CO poisoning, has demonstrated efficacy and safety in murine and rat models, with the non-clinical study package agreed upon with the regulatory authority. Preclinical studies targeting CO poisoning-associated delayed neuropsychiatric syndrome (DNS) are ongoing, with accumulating data suggesting neuroprotective activity.

In addition, hemoCD-I is under development targeting HCN and H2S, other major fire gases. The future combination of hemoCD-P and hemoCD-I as hemoCD-Twins aims to provide a comprehensive multi-gas antidote for complex toxic exposures at fire and disaster scenes.
